The front of the dress is smocked and embroidered by hand and includes a matching double layered collar. Our dresses are lined in cotton to create a perfect flare for twirling and dancing like everybody’s watching. The Eliza has fabric covered buttons that fasten at the back and an attached sash tie at the waist (12 months+).
